“The Practical Baker” brings over 45 years experience and is a 3rd generation baker. In the morning Tony can be found at Swiss Maid Bakery the family bakery located in Harvard, IL. Tony then spends the remainder of the day at Practical Baker Equipment Company producing small accessory machines and tools as well as remanufacturing used equipment.

A graduate from the University of Wisconsin Madison with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Science. Graduated #1 from the American Institute of Baking in Manhattan, Kansas. Over 20 years experience in Wholesale and Retail Baking with Swiss Maid Bakery. Now is the founder, owner and General Manager of Pedigree Ovens, a 12,000-sq.-ft. private label company producing gourmet pet treats.
