Tony then spends the remainder of the day at the "Practical Baker" equipment company producing small accessory machines and tools as well as remanufacturing used equipment.

Over 20 years experience in Wholesale and Retail Baking with "Swiss Maid Bakery". Now is the founder, owner and General Manager of "Pedigree Ovens" a 12,000 sqft private label company producing gourmet pet treats.
