generation baker. In
the morning Tony can be found at “Swiss Maid Bakery” the family
bakery located in Harvard, IL.
Tony then spends the remainder of the day at the “Practical
Baker” equipment company producing small accessory machines and
tools as well as remanufacturing used equipment.

the University of Wisconsin Madison with a Bachelor of Science Degree
in Food Science. Graduated
#1 from the American Institute of Baking in Manhattan, Kansas. Over
20 years experience in Wholesale and Retail Baking with “Swiss Maid
Bakery”. Now is the founder, owner and General Manager of “Pedigree
Ovens” a 12,000 sqft private label company producing gourmet pet
treats.
